Appway Wins Best Solution in Customer Onboarding for a Second Year

Singapore/Hong Kong, 14 November 2019  Appway has been awarded the Best Solution in Customer Onboarding in the 2nd Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence 2019 at a ceremony in Singapore on 13 November 2019.

In one of the most hotly-contested categories in this year’s awards programme, Appway emerged as the winner after a rigorous selection process involving a judging panel made up of subject-matter experts and the Regulation Asia editorial team.

Appway’s client lifecycle management suite include solutions for onboarding, regulatory reviews, and now, a smart client update solution called Client Update. The new feature makes it easier for users to manage material changes in a client’s status, while also supporting collaboration across business units is commonly required to solve more complex status changes. Client Update can additionally use data from a customer to predict life events and changes in circumstances, driving better decision-making and minimising risk.

The judging panel highlighted that Appway has helped some of the world’s largest financial institutions to seamlessly integrate and collaborate multiple lines of business, automate client lifecycle processes and upgrade cross-selling capabilities using smart analytics. These include HSBC, Deutsche Bank, BOCI, Credit Suisse, Hang Seng Bank, AXA, and LGT, to name a few.
