We are delighted to announce submissions for the Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence 2020 are now closed.

These prestigious awards recognise the continuing excellence of financial services institutions, market infrastructures, technology firms, and service providers across the region who ensure the highest compliance standards are upheld despite an ever-changing and increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

With the help of our exclusive panel of industry leading experts serving as judges, our Awards programme also recognises legal and consulting firms, exchanges, and other providers who have helped to shape the regulatory landscape in Asia-Pacific over the course of the year.

The past six months have seen the financial services industry face one of its worst-ever crises: Institutions globally have been forced to have staff work remotely and digitise the provision of financial services at breakneck speed, while being exposed to new types of fraud and financial crime. Meanwhile, financial system risk has surged and firms have needed to recalibrate their credit risk models and stress testing approaches to ensure they are able to continue to meet customer needs.

In recognition of these challenges (among others), Regulation Asia’s editors have included a number of new categories this year, making it the most comprehensive Awards programme for the risk, regulation, and compliance community in Asia-Pacific.

Last year we received over 100 individual submissions. We look forward to seeing even greater participation for 2020.

Deadline for entry: 7 September 2020
