In a rigorous selection process involving the Regulation Asia editorial team and a judging panel made up of subject-matter experts, the judges elected to recognise LeapXpert for its achievements so far, and in anticipation of rapid growth in the next 12 months.

LeapXpert’s platform also ensures full data ownership, so no communications data goes missing in the event of a compliance probe, legal dispute, or when employees leave, thereby reducing regulatory risk.
Having a complete audit trail of messaging communications and complete company ownership over B2C communication history is crucial to reduce the risk of compliance breaches and to guard against possible misconduct by front-line staff, said one judge.
