Wolters Kluwer Wins Best Solution in Regulatory Reporting

Wolters Kluwer has been awarded the Best Solution in Regulatory Reporting in the inaugural Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence 2018 at a ceremony in Singapore on 13 November 2018.

The firm emerged as the winner after a rigorous selection process, involving a judging panel made up of subject-matter experts and the Regulation Asia editorial team.

Some of the largest banks in Asia Pacific use Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX solution for regulatory reporting, as they strive to remain competitive amid an increasingly challenging regulatory landscape. A key differentiator was the solution’s regulatory update service, maintained by a team of experts who monitor regulation in approximately 50 countries to ensure the solution remains current and clients remain compliant with the latest reporting requirements at all times.

As a value-add, the data generated in the OneSumX platform and other external data sources can be used in Wolters Kluwer’s newly launched Business Analytics solution suite, which enables clients to draw actionable insights and run on-demand analytics to help with business management and handle supervisory requests. The suite includes an MIS reporting component and a dynamic analysis dashboard which assist the C-level executives in strategic planning, optimisation and stress testing, providing a holistic, forward-looking view of an organisation’s business model.

Other key differentiators were Wolters Kluwer’s ability to ensure support when needed given its strong Asia Pacific presence, and its community-building client engagement activities, which include quarterly bank forums, one-on-one discussions and news alerts.
