The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, has won the Best Trade Reporting Solution award, for the third consecutive year, at the ninth annual Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence, presented at The St. Regis hotel in Hong Kong.
HONG KONG, 5 November 2026 – The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, has won the Best Trade Reporting Solution award, for the third consecutive year, at the ninth annual Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence, presented at The St. Regis hotel in Hong Kong.
DTCC's Trade Reporting Analytics (TRA) provides firms a near real time view of how their reporting performs across regimes and asset classes by leveraging data submitted to the Global Trade Repository service (GTR) through ASIC, MAS and HKMA reporting.
The award recognises the importance of accurate, timely derivatives and securities trade reporting across multiple regimes and asset classes, with a strong emphasis on reconciliation. The Awards Committee assessed entries on their ability to support reporting accuracy, coverage of regimes and asset classes, peer and industry benchmarking, timeliness, reconciliation, and error resolution.
“DTCC's Trade Reporting Analytics gives firms a clear view of how their reporting performs across regimes and asset classes, helping them find late, missing or rejected reports, built on the Global Trade Repository that serves Asia-Pacific's main reporting regimes,” said the Regulation Asia Awards Committee.
“Trade reporting quality has become a supervisory priority across the region. Tools that let firms check their own reporting are part of the answer,” said Nick Wakefield, Co-founder, Regulation Asia.
As with every returning winner, the Awards Committee assessed this year's entry on its own merits rather than on past results. DTCC was also recognised this year as the award recipient in Market Infrastructure of the Year category.
