Sivananth Ramachandran is Director of Capital Markets Policy, India, at CFA Institute. He is responsible for advocating policy positions on issues related to capital markets, corporate governance, ESG, and financial reporting. Siva was part of a SEBI working group that reviewed the related party transaction regulations. Prior to joining the CFA Institute, he spent five years at Morningstar leading its global index product development team. Siva also spent nearly five years at MSCI.
