Arthur Carabia is Director, Market Practice and Regulatory Policy at the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), where he runs the secretariat of the Asset Management and Investors Council (AMIC), the voice of the buy-side within ICMA. Prior to this he worked for the French asset management trade association (AFG), Aviva, and was a policy advisor to Members of the European Parliament.
