Yuying Wang focused on the practices of private equity fund formation and private equity investments, particularly specializing in deal structuring, documents drafting and negotiations for private equity investment funds (including QFLP and QDIE). She represented numerous large scale institutional entities for their investments in the onshore and offshore funds raised by well-known managers in the market, and successfully assisted a number of managers in establishing private equity funds. She also participated in some investments in non-public securities and mergers and acquisitions deals across multiple industries, such as information technology, automobile, healthcare, culture and etc.
